You have a room to yourself to unwind equipped with a sauna, cold plunge, and optional vibroacoustic zero gravity chair with compression pants and vr meditation. As well as complimentary water and purchasable refreshments. We provide towels and purchasable foot booties. Bring your own swimsuit for the cold plunge. Renting the room is typically done for 45 and 90 mins. 45 is enough for contrast therapy or vibroacoustic compression and 90 for both.
